These are my experiences and thoughts as i have a lowcarb paleo pregnancy. i thought that by writing about my own experience i might be able to connect with other women like myself. I eat meat, poultry, fish, greenleafie veggies and lowcarb/nonstarchy veggies and the (very) occasional berry nut and seed! I dont eat dairy, grains, legumes, artificials, or most processed foods.
